Part of The Haven, our beautiful seaside home, this completely self-contained street level boutique style open plan apartment is an ideal base from which to explore the beautiful villages of Kingsand and Cawsand and the Rame Peninsula.

With stunning sea views from all the windows and Girt Beach being just 10 metres from the front door, the apartment, which is all on one level and sleeps two adults is beautifully situated, furnished and equipped for all your holiday needs including access to super-fast broadband, ipod docking station, DAB radio and TV with full freeview and integral DVD/CD player.

The whole apartment benefits from under-floor heating and radiators in the lounge and bedroom areas, with the shower room also having a heated towel rail for those cooler months.

Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring beach towels.

Restaurants, shops and inns are within a short walk and there are beautiful walks to Mount Edgecombe Park, Penlee Point and Whitsand Bay. Passenger ferries from Cawsand will take you to Plymouth Barbican or from Cremyll to the Royal William Yard and the Barbican.
