Apple Tree Cottage is a charming Grade II listed 17th century cottage said to be the oldest in the village boasting a perfect balance of characterful features and modern comforts and just a stones throw from Cawsand Beach.  The cottage takes its name from the ancient apple tree that still shades its tranquil southfacing garden with its secret door leading to a smugglers' passage to Cawsand Square.

Upon entering the cottage, the wood panelled hall leads to a stone flagged dining room with a granite inglenook fireplace and wood burner.The snug wood panelled sitting room with its open fire is equipped with TV, DVD player, blue tooth speaker and plenty of games and films to keep the whole family entertained.  A favourite room with visitors especially on rainy days - is the fully glazed sun lounge with underfloor heating, which overlooks the garden. The dining room leads into the kitchen which leads into the garden and patio with table and chairs.

The cottage has one double and two twin bedrooms. One twin has a charming window seat, in the other there is a sink and the twin beds can be pushed together.  The double room has  a king size bed and a view over the garden.

The bathroom is upstairs and has a bath, over bath shower. There is an extra toilet downstairs.
