This one bedroom apartment is situated in the beautiful village of Millbrook and run by a local family.  Lime Tree is less than five minutes away from Whitsand Bay – the picturesque forgotten corner of Cornwall. It’s also just a couple of minutes away from the twin fishing villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. There are many more sites along the Rame Peninsula, some of which are on show in the apartment itself in the form of local artwork.

The name Lime Tree was given due to the gigantic tree in front, and the bright and beautiful greenery surrounding the apartment, the perfect scenic and tranquil place to either switch off from the world or relax and prepare for the next venture along the beach.

The local shops, cafes and pub are a stone’s throw away, and with the village being built around a lake it makes for some lovely afternoon walks.  There are many birds on the lake from swans, ducks and geese.  If you are lucky you may see herons and kingfishers.  If you are extremely lucky you may see a dolphin or seal.

The Space

Primarily a one bedroom apartment, however with a sofa bed in the lounge area it can easily accommodate 3. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. There is wi-fi, a TV, books and games to keep you entertained.  The tastefully decorated open plan kitchen/lounge has vaulted ceilings which makes it really light and bright.  The bedroom is modern and comfortable with black out blinds, this leads to a lovely en-suite shower room.  With its own private entrance and courtyard, you can enjoy your own space, not to mention outside table, chairs and BBQ to make the most of the Cornish sun. Free Parking also available in front of the apartment on the driveway, which is very unusual on the Rame Peninsular.  From the windows you can see many birds, squirrels and occasionally deer and hedgehogs.

PLEASE NOTE: Please be aware that there are 14 steps up to the apartment.  The shower room is en-suite.
