The kitchen opens out onto the terrace with great views from the stable door.  The open plan lounge diner is on the first floor with a second external door onto the back alley with views across the village and out to sea.

The terrace has a marbel table and chair set.  Lovely views to sea, over the village, out to the hills and faces south - sunny and protected!

The cottage is less than 100 meters from the coast path leading to Mount Edgcumbe and despite it's quiet village location is very central -  2 - 5 minutes walk to village pubs and shops.
