Postcode PL10 1AW. Turn left into the village onto Millpool head road. On the first bend  looke for the large grey stone pillars marking the entrance into the manor grounds. Turn left into the driveway. Bear right and continue 100 metres until you see Orchard House appear before you. Parking is on the gravel to your right. If I am not there to greet you , make your way down the right side of the house. The entrance is next to the conservatory, on your left. Adjacent to the main entrance is a secure lock box, with keys inside.

Nicley tucked away constitutes the south wing of Orchard House. The house itself lies in the walled gardens of Venton House, Millbrook's principal 18th century Manor House.

Upstairs there is a spacious twin bed room with easterly views over the garden. The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed with westerly views over the garden and village.

Next door is another lovely bathroom, with bath, and shower, and heated towel rails.

Private parking for up to two vehicles afjacent to the lawn.

Access to the village and its facilities is via the tree laden driveway in the Manor grounds
