Turn left into the driveway. Bear right and continue 100 metres until you see Orchard House appear before you. Parking is on the gravel to your right. If I am not there to greet you , make your way down the right side of the house. The entrance is next to the conservatory, on your left. Adjacent to the main entrance is a secure lock box, with keys inside.
