Spindrift is a fully refurbished, spacious five bedroomed house with direct, private access to the beach that is located in the heart of the village of Kingsand. It is both child and pet friendly, can comfortably accommodate two families and is suitable for large family groups for wedding stays.

This beach-styled holiday home is perfectly situated and comes with exceptional sea views. There are two bedrooms with super king-sized beds, one double bedroom, one twin room containing two double beds and one bunk room.

The living areas are on the ground floor which are large for a property of this age and character built c.1740.  The main living room is refined with a limewashed beach-feel, boasting large and comfortable sofas as well as a wide screen Smart TV and ceiling mounted speakers.

The dining room features a large dining table which comfortably seats up to 10.  Our kitchen is fully equipped and offers a breakfast table complete with high chair for your little one, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, tumble drier, and Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of pods.  The kitchen leads out to the large courtyard complete with garden furniture, an outdoor shower for use after the beach and then out to the boatshed, where there is a table tennis table, BBQ and the door leading to the beach!

The house comes with fibre broadband WIFI and there is also Sky TV and a Sonos music system.
