The space

The Old Fire Station,(No it doesn't have a pole!) originally a 19th century rope making lofts adjacent to the Millbrook tidal key, where merchant boats tied up and unloaded supplies and traded local Cornish goods further afield. In the mid-20th century, now transformed into workers cottages, the local fire service operated here, housing a Land Rover with firefighting equipment to serve the local Rame Peninsula community.

Kitchen: Overlooking the lake, a compact sunny space with stable door to small enclosed courtyard. Fully fitted with LaVezza coffee station, fan oven and microwave, electric hob/ extractor and is a well equipped to suit most needs

Dining Room: Originally the station crew room has a Contemporary feel with modern dining table seating six. Exposed beams

Lounge: Lovely sunny spacious double aspect room with a 2 and 3 seater sofa & relaxing single chair/foot stool. Exposed stone fireplace /chimney breast and walls. Exposed beams. 43" SMART TV with Netflix.

Master Bedroom: Glass panoramic sliding doors to a Glass fronted balcony with chairs/ lounger. “King Size bed” with memory Foam sprung mattress, . Our gusts tell us... "It's the most comfortable mattress" "Best nights sleep I've had in ages!" Views across the lake. Bedside USB charge points.
