 Walney overlooks Girt Beach in the heart of Kingsand, adjacent to the landmark Clock tower. The property is south facing and so enjoys a sunny aspect and is just a few steps from the beach. The ground floor studio flat used to be The Cleave Tearooms which has been converted into a spacious and light studio apartment, which sleeps 2 very comfortably.

The front door opens into an attractive sitting and dining area, with the original tiled floor and large windows overlooking the sea. There are two comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, dining table and chairs. Night storage heating.

The screened bedroom area has a 5 ft bed, large en suite shower room with slate flooring and heated towel rail. 

The modern kitchen area is fitted with all appliances. All linen and house towels supplied. Please bring your own beach towels.
